Opening the Bible…
A Bible study tool for everyone
- Every chapter, in your version. The King James Version, the Berean Standard Bible, the ESV and hundreds of other versions in hundreds of languages (only the 66 books of the Bible: no version with the Apocrypha or other added books), with the words of Jesus in red where the version marks them.
- Compare versions. Read two versions side by side, verse by verse.
- Listen. The BSB audio Bible read by real narrators, or any English version read aloud, following along verse by verse.
- Search the whole Bible. Find every verse with the words you type, or an exact phrase in quotes. Type a reference like John 3:16 to go straight there.
- Study. Cross references for every verse, classic commentaries, the Hebrew and Greek words with their meanings, and the people, places and events of each chapter.
- Hebrew and Greek. Tap any verse to see its original words, one by one, with what each word means.
- Make it yours. Highlight a word, a phrase, a verse or a whole passage, and keep notes in the margin. Link a note to other verses or to a study, or record a voice note. It all stays on your device, and you can back it up.
- Reading plans and studies. Read the Bible in a Year, the New Testament or the Gospels, or work through a study: Christology, Jesus Is Coming, the Fruit of the Spirit, Saved by Grace, prayer and the whole armor of God.
